BYU vs. Utah Rivalry Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR QUOTE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entries are not contingent on the purchase, continuation, or termination of any insurance product. Buying insurance or requesting a quote will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The BYU vs. Utah Rivalry Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Naylor Insurance Group, 10654 S. River Heights Dr. #120, South Jordan, UT 84095 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and owners of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on Thursday, October 29, 2026 and ends on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Each entry has the same chance of winning, however it was earned.

Referral entry. Send this link to a person you would like to refer: www.naylorinsurancegroup.com/rivalryweek. You receive one entry for each person you refer who fills out the short form completely and lists your full name in the "Referred By" field during the Entry Period.

• There is no limit on referral entries.

• Each referred person counts once. If more than one entrant is listed for the same person, the first complete form received controls.

• Referred persons must be at least 18 and cannot be the entrant.

• Referred persons do not have to request a quote or buy insurance for the entry to count, and filling out the form does not obligate them to do either.

Free entry. Anyone eligible, whether or not they are a customer of Sponsor, may enter once without making a referral or purchase. Fill out the short form at www.naylorinsurancegroup.com/rivalryweek for yourself and enter "Myself" in the "Referred By" field. Insurance questions on the form are optional and do not affect your entry. Limit one free entry per person, in addition to any referral entries. A form that lists a referrer counts as a referral entry for that referrer.

Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries are void. Sponsor's records are the official record of entries.

5. Prize

One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the BYU vs. Utah football game on Saturday, November 7, 2026, scheduled for 10:00 a.m.

• Travel, parking, food, and all other expenses are not included.

• The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the tickets become unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• Tickets are subject to the issuer's terms. Sponsor is not responsible if the game is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.

• The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. If the prize is worth $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

6. Drawing and odds

Sponsor will draw the winner at random from all eligible entries on Friday, November 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will contact the winner by phone and email on November 6, 2026. The winner must respond by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MT to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor will draw an alternate winner.

8. Insurance disclosure

Entry in the Giveaway, and receipt of the prize, are not contingent on the purchase, continuation, or termination of any insurance product, or on receiving a quote. The Giveaway is available on the same terms to all eligible persons, whether or not they are Sponsor's customers. Sponsor will not charge any entrant or referred person for the prize after the fact.

9. Use of information

Sponsor will use the information collected to run the Giveaway and contact the winner. Sponsor may also contact referred persons about its services. Anyone may ask Sponsor to stop contacting them at any time. Sponsor will not sell personal information collected through the Giveaway.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor will use the winner's name only with the winner's permission. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Giveaway or the use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

11. No affiliation

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Brigham Young University, the University of Utah, or any athletic conference. Team names are used only to identify the event.
